We do a small number of weddings and events on our family farm and vineyard in South Gloucestershire. These book up really quickly so let us know asap if you’re looking for a venue. We offer a full tipi package, with overnight camping and the flexibility for you to customise your event just how you want it.

We have a variety of options and sizes for the number of guests you want to invite to your special day. We can provide a Tipi layout for guest from 70 to over 300, so you can relax, choose the Wedding Tipi layout for you and let us plan it all out.
6 STEPS TO YOUR DREAM LUXURY TIPI WEDDING EVENT
STEP 1
Initial Enquiry
You contact us about your event. Head straight over to our contact page fill in the form and we will take it from there. If you would prefer to contact us directly then e-mail hello@ecotipievents.co.uk or simply call us on 07816 486351.
STEP 2
Event Planning Form
Fill out our event planning form. Putting on an outside event can be daunting but not to worry we’ll be here every step of the way. The form will give us all the detail we need to gather where you are at and help fill in any gaps. The more detail you can give us the better.
STEP 3
Booking Confirmed
Once you are happy we have everything you will need for your event we will send you a quote, including our terms & conditions and damage waiver details. If you are happy or require any adjustments let us know. Once everything is perfect we will both sign our Contract Form to confirm the booking.
STEP 4
Site Visit
We will come and see you and the site to talk through the layouts, access, power and health & safety details. We will send you a quote, including our terms & conditions and damage waiver details.
STEP 5
Planning
Now for the fun stuff. We will work with you to create your perfect day. From layouts, recommending food suppliers to arranging toilets. Your options really are endless let us know exactly what you want and we will make it happen.
STEP 6
Tipi Build Day
Our team will arrive to meet you or your event planner we will mark out the positioning of the tipis just so we can make absolutely sure you are happy. The team can then be left to themselves whilst you continue with your event preparations. Once the set up is complete we will do handover to ensure are are happy, confident and understand the tipi equipment.

Our guide prices give you an idea of what your event might cost, excluding delivery, and we’ll always work to suit your budget. From full-service bars to ball pits, our accessories and layouts can be tailored to create your perfect tipi setup.
